ICT Supporter Service Desk (80 – 100%)

Your tasks

• Support and assistance for our employees with ICT enquiries and malfunctions.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstation, network, software and mobile systems.
• Analysis and resolution of hardware, software, network and interface problems.
• Monitoring and coordination of support cases including escalation management.
• Management of user accounts, access rights and ICT inventory.
• Maintenance of documentation, instructions and operational aids.
• Use of simple scripts to optimise daily work.
• Participation in the evaluation, introduction and further development of ICT solutions.
• Support in the further development of the ITSM process landscape.

• IT specialist with a Federal VET Diploma and an affinity for IT service management.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• Enthusiastic, communicative and customer-oriented personality with strong team skills.
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style.
• Confident spoken and written German.
• Good knowledge of French is an advantage.
