Your tasks
- Responsibility for central services: telephone service, incoming and outgoing mail, e-mail inbox
- Ensuring the accessibility and staffing of reception; personal reception of guests and members
- Receiving and forwarding calls in German, French, and Italian
- Providing telephone and written information about member services and general services
- Recording and maintaining master data in the customer system
- Managing office supplies, printed materials, advertising and consumables, as well as maintaining the material storage
- Preparation, maintenance, and upkeep of meeting rooms including catering
- Administrative support in membership matters (e.g. new admissions, payroll totals)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Very good oral and written German skills, very good French skills, and good Italian skills
- Several years of experience in reception as well as experience in associations or insurance sectors is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, basic Excel knowledge)
- Organisational talent, independent and structured working style
- Friendly and professional appearance, high customer orientation
- Flexible, reliable, and discreet
- Resilient, remains calm even in hectic times, flexible and
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented
- Open to new tasks, eager to learn and inquisitive
