1st Level Supporter (m/f/d) 80-100%

What awaits you with us:

• You assist our customers by phone and email for all their requests and questions.
• You independently find solutions and present them to customers.
• If necessary, you will classify requests and follow up with our level 2 support team.
• You collect wishes/suggestions from our customers, actively solicit their feedback, and pass it on to our product team.
• Regular participation in meetings, training, and coaching is important and allows you to stay up to date.
• Other tasks complement this activity, such as participating in the continuous optimization of processes and various other projects.

What we ask for:

• You have completed professional training, preferably in the commercial field, retail, call centers, etc.
• You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service/support or in a field with direct customer contact. 
• You reside in Switzerland.
• French is your native language. You have an excellent command of German. Knowledge of Italian or English would be an advantage.
• You are enthusiastic, motivated, service-oriented, and open and committed.
• You enjoy contact with customers, whether by phone or in writing, and you take pleasure in meeting our customers’ expectations.
