To strengthen our team in Customer Service PoU (Point of Use) we are looking for a structured, committed and process-oriented personality with experience in billing and enjoyment of customer contact.

What to expect

• Responsibility for billing annual, quarterly and individual invoices from large customers to SMEs in the area of water dispensers and accessories
• Creation and processing of invoice corrections and credit notes
• Execution of the monthly dunning process and processing of outstanding customer receivables
• Support in analysing and resolving errors in the specialist area
• Close cooperation with accounting and controlling
• Telephone support and assistance to our customers with administrative questions

What you bring

• Precise, structured and independent working style
• A flair for numbers as well as an interest in business management contexts
• Further training in commercial or business management fields (e.g. professional certificate, business economist HF or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as experience with ERP systems
• Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills
