Under the umbrella of RaJoVita, the Foundation for Health and Ageing of the City of Rapperswil-Jona, we create living spaces where older people feel safe, secure and at home. In our two Meienberg and Bühl Care Centres, in the Bürgerspital Retirement and Nursing Home as well as in the Porthof Nursing Apartment, we personally and with great heart accompany and care for 175 people in need of care. The Grünfels Day Centre and the Spitex complement our diverse range and enable comprehensive support – both residential and outpatient.

About 355 employees are committed daily to providing our residents and clients with individual, needs-based and loving care and nursing. For us, the person, their life story and their personal needs are always at the centre.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for developing and implementing measures to further develop nursing, nursing quality and nursing standards, as well as hygiene guidelines
• You support the nursing teams in specialist questions
• You make the findings of nursing research usable for nursing practice (VAR- Healthcare is available)
• You maintain close cooperation with the training and quality managers

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor of Science Nurse (BScN) and are motivated to complete the specialist training Link Nurse
• You are a skilled nursing professional with HF or FH qualification and several years of practical experience in direct care, ideally in long-term care
• You bring experience in quality and project management
• You appreciate a varied and demanding interprofessional activity as a warm and natural personality
• You convince with your social skills, flexibility, commitment and initiative
