Your Tasks
- You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents always enjoy professional and individual care and support
- As a member of the night shift team, you ensure the care and support of the residents using the care concepts
- You recognise emergency situations and manage them
- You independently and thoroughly maintain the electronic care documentation
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF or FH, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP
- You are motivated and gladly contribute your strong professional and social skills
- Ideally, you have knowledge of RAI/RUG and careCoach
- Good oral and written German skills (B2)
- With your cheerful manner, you actively contribute to a workplace culture where residents and staff feel comfortable
