Your tasks
- Professional development of nursing practice in inpatient rehabilitation with a focus on pneumology, internal medicine/oncology; musculoskeletal rehabilitation and psychosomatics/psychiatry
- Consultation and support of nursing staff in complex patient situations
- Ensuring evidence-based and high-quality nursing care
- Participation in the development, implementation and evaluation of standards, guidelines and concepts
- Promotion of interprofessional collaboration in the rehabilitation process
- Conducting training sessions, case discussions and practical guidance
- Professional leadership of responsible persons at the location
- Cross-clinic collaboration in projects for quality development and patient safety
- Targeted involvement in direct nursing to anchor practice and act as a role model
- Active participation in the internal nursing leadership team (nursing management, training officers, nursing expert)
- Cross-clinic collaboration in the nursing expert team with regular exchange and development of overarching quality initiatives
- Building and maintaining a professional network at national and international level is desirable
Your profile
- Master of Science Nursing (MScN) already completed or in progress
- Experience in nursing in the fields of pneumology, internal medicine/oncology; musculoskeletal rehabilitation and psychosomatics/psychiatry is an advantage
- High professional and advisory competence as well as enjoyment in knowledge transfer and coaching
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with leadership competencies
- Interest in evidence-based nursing and continuous development
