ICT Supporter (80%)

You ensure that our IT works smoothly in everyday life.

For our central secretariat in Bern, we are seeking a committed and service-oriented individual who competently supports our employees with all IT questions. Our IT infrastructure is operated together with an external IT partner. You are the central point of contact for our employees, coordinate concerns with our IT partners, and ensure that our systems, devices, and applications function reliably.

What to expect

• You ensure the smooth operation of our IT and communication systems
• You manage our IT environment with Citrix, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• You receive support requests and fault reports, analyse them, and find solutions in 1st and 2nd level support
• You coordinate technical concerns with our external IT partners and suppliers
• You take care of the entire lifecycle of our hardware – from ordering through setup to replacement of laptops and printers
• You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• You support our employees with IT questions and provide training
• You keep an eye on our systems and networks and assist with analysing and resolving faults
• You document processes, solutions, and know-how

What you bring

• Experience in IT support, ideally in a comparable environment
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, as well as client and server environments
• Basic to good knowledge in the area of networks
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is a plus
• Enjoyment of direct contact with users and a strong service orientation
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and French skills; other languages are welcome
