Sales Administrator Internal Sales/Export (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsibilities

• You act as a hub and are responsible from A to Z for the operational aspects from sales to export: from enquiry, order, through delivery documentation, invoicing, and shipping to payment receipt
• Additionally, you settle monthly project costs, organise customer visits on site, and contribute to process optimisation (and digitalisation), taking on projects for their implementation
• You independently and responsibly develop individual solutions for our worldwide customers in close coordination with sales staff (on site or in the USA), R&D, purchasing, production, warehouse, quality management, and finance
• You coordinate and correspond daily with customers and carriers in English and German
• You supervise a commercial apprentice as a practical trainer

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training
• You have already gained professional experience in sales or export of demanding goods (hazardous goods knowledge for air and sea freight is an advantage)
• You show initiative, love working independently, are an organisational talent, have a reliable and quality-conscious working style, and possess strong assertiveness
• You bring a high willingness to learn, quick comprehension, and cross-departmental thinking, as you get bored with repetitive tasks
• You have business fluent German skills and good English skills (at least First/B2 level) in spoken and written form
