WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU FOR

As a qualified Production Technician (m/f/d) Industrialisation, you are the interface between development, production and purchasing. You assess components in terms of manufacturability, cost and quality and contribute significantly to the efficient industrialisation of new products.

Your goal is to combine technical feasibility with economic efficiency and to transfer this into the specification.

Specifically, you will take on the following tasks:

  • Contact person for development on manufacturing issues and close cooperation with production, procurement and quality in the industrialisation of components
  • Analysis and optimisation of individual parts and assemblies in terms of feasibility, cost-effectiveness and process capability (e.g. using methods such as DtC, DfM and Cmk, etc.)
  • Approval of technical documents such as drawings, specifications and work plans from a production perspective
  • Support of the organisation through corrective and preventive quality assurance measures such as feasibility and root cause analyses, rework corrections, handling of NCR, initial samples (FAI), lean methods, etc.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Completed training as a polymechanic or equivalent
  • Completed higher education HF, e.g. TS corporate process, industrial technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in cost and production optimisation of components
  • Experience in the construction of fixtures/jigs or lightweight or composite materials
  • Good knowledge of CAx, ERP and PLM systems
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methods and principles according to ISO 9001 is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in German (C1), English (B2) are an advantage
