As a Business Analyst, you form the bridge between specialist departments, digitalisation and ICT. You gather, question and structure professional requirements and develop viable solutions from them.

You take on a newly created role and have the opportunity to actively shape the future collaboration between specialist departments and ICT.

Your tasks

• Gathering, questioning and analysing the needs of the specialist departments
• Designing and harmonising business processes and organisational structures
• Developing and documenting professional, organisational and functional requirements as well as specifications
• Creating professional concepts and professional decision-making bases
• Coordinating the requirements with the involved specialist units according to the applicable governance
• Validating the developed requirements and solutions with the relevant stakeholders

Your profile

• Tertiary education (FH/University) in business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role with a focus on requirements engineering or process management
• Sound knowledge in analysing and designing business processes as well as in requirements analysis and documentation
• Good understanding of digitalisation, organisational development and ICT governance
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

The new position is located in the Projects and IT department within the General Secretariat of the Department of Construction. We take on a central hub function for over 2000 employees and about 300 specialist applications as well as around 200 procedural processes.
