Your tasks
- You support hardware lifecycle management from provisioning through issuance to the return of laptops, headsets, and other IT work equipment
- You maintain inventory and device data and assist in managing our hardware stock
- You process hardware orders and support employees with the installation, commissioning, and exchange of their IT work equipment
- You perform standardised hardware tasks and document your activities according to defined processes and guidelines
- You prepare hardware and accessories for new employees and assist in organising and conducting the Welcome Day
- You check devices for operational readiness and support their reuse, repair, or proper disposal
- You create and maintain user manuals, knowledge articles, and ICT documentation in Confluence
Your profile
- You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
- You have basic knowledge of hardware, Windows, and Microsoft 365 and are interested in ICT support
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with Jira, Confluence, or a comparable ticket system
- You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage
- You approach employees in a friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner and enjoy direct interaction
- You work reliably, carefully, and in a structured way and bring a high willingness to learn and team spirit
- You have a strong affinity for digital technologies, quickly familiarise yourself with new topics, and handle devices, data, and information responsibly
