We are a small, well-coordinated team in Reinach that not only manages properties but cares for them with passion. There are no anonymous mass processes here: we maintain an honest, transparent and very personal contact with our owners and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Personal hub: You take on the comprehensive (commercial and technical) management of a fixed property portfolio and are the direct, trusted contact person for owners, tenants and craftsmen.
• Presence on site: You conduct apartment inspections and handovers with sensitivity and a smile.
• Value preservation with sense: You coordinate repairs and minor renovations straightforwardly and in close consultation with the owners.
• Administrative diligence: From the rental agreement to processing terminations, you handle administration reliably and fairly.

Qualifications

• Professional pride & experience: You have a commercial or technical basic education and bring several years of experience (at least 5 years) in Swiss property management (a professional certificate is nice, but your solid practice and attitude are more important to us).
• Relationship skills: You communicate confidently in German, listen actively and always find an honest, pragmatic solution even in challenging situations.
• Team player mentality: In a small team, everyone helps everyone – you like to pitch in and appreciate flat hierarchies.
• Mobility: You have your own vehicle for visits on site.
