Our family business is one of the leading service providers in the Swiss healthcare sector and has a long-standing pharmaceutical and entrepreneurial tradition. We are looking for reinforcement for our lively and high-traffic pharmacies and drugstores in the regions of Zug and Lucerne.

Your Tasks

• As an important link between our service centre and your sites, you support the operations managers with commitment, appreciation and competence in daily business.
• In your role as site manager, you convey the company philosophy, are the contact person for all kinds of questions and act as a coach with advice and support. You have an open ear for the concerns of all employees and maintain a personal, trusting exchange.
• You maintain the connection to pharmacy by working as a day pharmacist. You inspire our customers with expert advice and act as a role model at the site.
• In addition to general leadership responsibility, you accompany exciting projects and take on business management tasks, such as optimising processes, recruiting managerial staff or supporting personnel development at the sites.
• You take on further varied tasks and projects according to your individual interests and skills.

Your Competences

• You have professional experience as a managing pharmacist and a licence for independent professional practice.
• Your appreciative manner with people distinguishes you.
• "Service Excellence" is a matter of course for you.
• As a strong leadership personality with broad experience, you act independently and proactively, think commercially and convince with diplomatic and communicative skills, competence and assertiveness.
