Service Desk Employee

What you can achieve

• You represent our Langenthal location as the first point of contact for our customers – competent, friendly, and with a service-oriented manner.
• You answer telephone calls and handle them professionally.
• You record and prioritise customer concerns and forward them to sales or service if necessary.
• You act as a central interface, among others, between customers, sales consulting, and our service advisor team, ensuring an efficient flow of information at all times.
• You take on various administrative or organisational tasks.
• You additionally support our customer service consulting, for example with appointment coordination for vehicle service or during the tyre change season.
  

What you bring

• Reliability, organisational talent, and flexibility characterise you – even in hectic moments, you remain friendly, calm, and helpful.
• You have strong communication skills and a high customer orientation and present yourself as a positive, supportive personality.
• You enjoy teamwork; with commitment, enthusiasm, and identification, you actively contribute to shared success.
• You bring professional experience from a comparable role and are willing to work Saturdays.
• Parlez-vous des langues étrangères? This could be an advantage for you.
