HR Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)

For a successful international company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a committed individual as HR Manager Switzerland. In this key role, you will take overall responsibility for HR management in Switzerland and lead a team. You will work closely with local management and international stakeholders and actively shape the further development of processes, structures, and HR initiatives.

Job Description

• Comprehensive advice to managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
• Leadership, coaching, and development of the HR team
• Ensuring efficient HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Responsibility for labour law matters and compliance with Swiss labour law
• Management of personnel administration, payroll interfaces, and HR systems
• Support of the entire recruiting process for retail and headquarter functions
• Assistance with compensation, benefits, and performance processes
• Analysis of relevant HR key figures and participation in HR and transformation projects
• Identification and implementation of process improvements to further professionalise the HR organisation

Profile

• Further training in HR (HR specialist certificate, CAS, MAS, personnel manager) or HR degree
• Several years of experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist
• Initial leadership experience and enthusiasm for team development
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Experience in a dynamic retail, fashion, or service-oriented environment is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills; Italian is a plus
• Pragmatic, hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills
• Communicative, positive, and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
