We are a modern and innovative bakery-pastry-confectionery with five retail outlets and cafés. Our company stands for quality, innovation and artisanal perfection – established for over 170 years in the canton of Zug.

For the management of our shop with café in the Oberdorf Center (Oberdorfstr. 8d) in Baar (ZG), we are looking for a committed individual from 1 November 2026 (or by arrangement) as:

Team Leader Bakery Sales (Sales & Cafe, m/f/d, 100%)

We spoil our guests with oven-fresh delicacies from our bakery-pastry-confectionery. In our café, we offer a modern and trendy catering concept with fresh salads & bowls, coffee from the espresso machine and much more.

These are your tasks:

• As a host, you competently and warmly advise and serve guests in sales and café
• You lead a small team of around five employees including apprentices and ensure a smooth daily routine
• You are an enthusiastic sales personality and enjoy working "front of house"
• You are responsible for ordering, order processing, attractive product presentation and completeness of the assortment
• You create work and deployment schedules and deploy your team members optimally
• You plan and organise sales activities and ensure an appealing presentation of our products
• You take responsibility for compliance with our quality and service standards and actively contribute to their further development

You bring with you:

• High self-motivation, enthusiasm and joy in guest contact
• Completed training in sales or gastronomy and preferably professional experience in the bakery sector
• You are at least 25 years old and have already gained some leadership experience, for example as deputy team leader or shift supervisor
• Willingness to work, commitment and flexibility
• Industry-specific further training or the motivation to pursue further training
• Very good German skills and a confident, well-groomed appearance
