Customer Advisor Internal Sales/Parquet Exhibition

Your Tasks

• Advising and supporting customers regarding parquet and floor coverings
• Presentation and sale of products in the exhibition
• Preparation of quotations as well as recording and processing of orders
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Maintenance and management of samples, sales documents and price lists
• Close cooperation with sales, warehouse, logistics and suppliers

Your Strengths

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, customer consulting or internal sales
• Knowledge in the field of parquet and floor coverings is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in advising
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and good German language skills
