Support and further development of central business applications in a versatile IT landscape
Handling technical faults and service requests with increasing responsibility for more complex application topics
Analysis of error patterns, log data and system dependencies to identify sustainable solutions
Administration of Microsoft 365, user accounts and selected IT services
Monitoring of automated processes, system jobs and interfaces
Analysis of data flows between different applications and identification of technical anomalies
Support in the operation and further development of ERP-related applications
Automation of recurring tasks with PowerShell and modern scripting approaches
Building technical know-how around application monitoring, interfaces and system integration
Participation in changes, releases and smaller technical projects
Documentation of solutions, operational processes and technical insights
Gradual assumption of more demanding tasks in application management
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable technical IT education
Professional experience in IT support, application support, service desk or application management
Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
Strong technical understanding and enjoyment in analysing complex contexts
Interest in ERP systems, interfaces and automated business processes
Initial experience with PowerShell, scripting or comparable automation technologies
Systematic and solution-oriented approach to technical problems
High willingness to learn and motivation to develop professionally towards application engineering
Independent and reliable working style
Enjoyment in collaborating with technical teams and specialist departments
