We are an established headhunting company specialising in successfully placing highly qualified professionals. On behalf of our client, a successful and innovative Swiss trading company based in the Zurich area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as:

Type of Work

In this exciting and technically demanding position, you will share responsibility with an experienced team for the operation and further development of a modern virtual workspace environment. You will ensure the stable operation of the Citrix infrastructure and actively contribute to its expansion and modernisation.

Your main tasks include the administration, optimisation and further development of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments as well as supporting the introduction of new technologies and solutions. Furthermore, you will plan and implement migrations, accompany infrastructure projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the system landscape.

Another focus of your work lies in analysing and resolving complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support. You will create technical documentation, develop solution concepts and work closely with internal departments and IT specialists to ensure the secure and smooth operation of the platforms.

Requirements Profile

For this challenge, you have a qualification in computer science or a comparable qualification. You bring practical experience in operating Citrix environments and have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.

Ideally, you have already gained experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Virtual Apps & Desktops or Citrix Cloud. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is an advantage. You work independently, analytically and solution-oriented and are characterised by a high level of quality and security awareness.

Very good German skills as well as good English skills complete your profile. In addition, you appreciate teamwork and are willing to continuously familiarise yourself with new technologies.
