Your Responsibilities

• You develop the organisation, its offerings and partnerships in a targeted manner
• You are responsible for finance, personnel, quality and operational business with entrepreneurial foresight
• You work closely with the board of directors and effectively implement strategic goals
• You network education, industry, politics and institutions, thereby strengthening the organisation's influence
• You position OdA GS Aargau AG as a centre of expertise, actively drive marketing and practical relevance, and represent the organisation externally

Your Competencies

• You bring several years of leadership and management experience
• You combine interest with ideally existing experience in vocational education as well as in health and social services
• You think entrepreneurially and consistently implement projects
• You understand how to bring together different interests and develop viable solutions
• You communicate convincingly, appear confident and have political acumen
• You have completed higher education or further training
