Job Description
The General Directorate of Institutional Affairs and Municipalities is looking for a motivated unit secretary, capable of managing priorities and providing autonomous administrative support to the Directorate of Municipal Affairs and the Directorate of Municipal Finances.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of approval procedures for municipal and inter-municipal normative acts.
- Enrich databases allowing the monitoring of ongoing files.
- Prepare and format various correspondences, slips, consultations, decisions, notes, tables, presentations, statistics.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of the directorate's files, notably managing deadlines (keeping the tracking table up to date, reminding of deadlines, etc.).
- Write letters and emails independently.
- Take and draft minutes.
- Welcome, guide and provide all useful information to users (municipal elected officials, prefects, citizens and other services of the Vaud cantonal administration).
- Respond autonomously to general information requests.
- Manage the office supplies and ensure the proper functioning of available equipment.
Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification.
- Experience within a public institution (municipality, prefecture or state service).
- Sense of autonomy and professional conscientiousness.
- Good knowledge of and interest in public institutions.
