What you can contribute

• Lead, support and further develop the well-coordinated six-member HR team
• Design and be responsible for a modern, efficient and transparent personnel management including personnel cost management
• Contribute to the further development of the personnel policy of the Confederation and the department, provide instruments and foundations for personnel policy decisions and effectively implement them within the office
• Advise managers on labour law issues and questions of organisational development, leadership and throughout the personnel cycle
• Participate in operational personnel processes

What makes you unique

• Head of Human Resources with a federal diploma or equivalent HR training/experience as well as leadership experience, preferably in the federal administration
• Interest in personnel law topics and experience in controlling
• Strategic, networked thinking as well as pronounced conceptual and editorial skills
• High social competence as well as advisory and communication skills
• Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language as well as good English skills
