Technical Property Manager Electrical, 80 - 100%, by arrangement
Your daily responsibilities
- Maintenance of technical facilities (servicing, inspections, and troubleshooting)
- Supervision and monitoring of new installations, conversions, and renovations
- Coordination and management of external service providers
- Maintenance of technical documentation
- Use of the CAFM system (Campos)
- Support and coordination of electrical engineering projects
- Assistance with commissioning and acceptance of systems
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Implementation of the electrical safety concept
Your profile
- Training as an electrical installer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Professional experience in building technology or maintenance
- Fulfilment of the requirements according to NIV Art. 15
- Analytical and structured approach to fault finding
- High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of precise, independent work
- Good PC skills and fluent German language skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty and continuous professional development
