Infrastructure Facility Manager Electrical, 80 - 100%, by arrangement

Your daily responsibilities

• Maintenance of technical equipment (servicing, inspections, and troubleshooting)
• Supervision and monitoring of new installations, conversions, and renovations
• Coordination and management of external service providers
• Maintenance of technical documentation
• Use of the CAFM system (Campos)
• Support and coordination of electrical engineering projects
• Assistance with commissioning and acceptance of systems
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Implementation of the electrical safety concept

Your profile

• Training as an electrical installer with a federal certificate (EFZ)
• Professional experience in building technology or maintenance
• Fulfilment of the requirements according to NIV Art. 15
• Analytical and structured approach to fault finding
• High sense of responsibility and enjoyment of precise, independent work
• Good PC skills and fluent German language skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty and continuous professional development
