We are looking for a Production Manager who actively shapes the future of our mineral water production in Vals. In this role, you lead a dedicated team and are responsible for the manufacture of our Valser mineral water products. You ensure that quality, efficiency and sustainability go hand in hand and, with your focus on innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence, you make a decisive contribution to the success of one of Switzerland's best-known mineral water brands.

YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES

• As Production Manager, you lead, develop and promote your production team and create a motivating working environment
• Together with your team, you ensure a smooth production process as well as compliance with our quality, safety and performance standards
• With your focus on efficiency, quality and costs, you continuously optimise production processes, equipment and packaging solutions
• You analyse relevant key figures, derive appropriate improvement measures from them and implement them successfully
• You plan and implement investment, automation and optimisation projects
• In close cooperation with the areas of Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Continuous Improvement and other interfaces, you successfully introduce new products, technologies and processes
• Together with the central production planning team, you ensure optimal production planning based on market needs and the requirements of our production lines
• You promote a culture of continuous improvement and actively drive lean management methods
• In addition, you ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards and certification requirements
• Furthermore, you are responsible for personnel planning as well as talent and succession development within your team
• You network with Coca-Cola HBC production sites in Switzerland and internationally and share best practices

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• You have a degree or higher vocational training in production, engineering or a comparable field
• Ideally, you have several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company in the mineral water, beverage or FMCG industry
• You bring sound knowledge in production, lean management, maintenance and quality management as well as very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• You convince with strong leadership skills as well as experience in coaching, employee development and conflict management
• Thanks to your strong communication skills and your experience in change management, you succeed in accompanying changes successfully
• Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial understanding and a good financial sense characterise you
• In addition, you have experience in project management
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and have a high level of organisational and planning competence
• A strong commitment to quality and a passion for continuous improvement complete your profile
• Furthermore, you have fluent German and very good English skills
