Microsoft 365 Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth IT workplace operations and personal support of users with technical concerns
Analysis and resolution of hardware, software and user issues at 1st and 2nd level
Management and provision of Windows clients, mobile devices and peripherals including installation and configuration
Support in the introduction and use of Microsoft 365, cloud services and unified communications
Participation in customer projects, rollouts and migrations as well as structured documentation of solutions and system environments
Qualifications:
Completed ICT/Computer Science EFZ training or comparable technical qualification
Practical knowledge in the Microsoft environment, especially Windows, Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions
Enjoyment of personal customer support and a strong understanding of service-oriented work
Independent, organised and solution-oriented personality with confident and professional demeanour
Very good German skills, English advantageous, Category B driving licence and willingness to work at customer sites; Microsoft certifications advantageous; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
