Cham (ZG) is an attractive municipality with around 18,500 inhabitants and a modern, service-oriented administration. In the coming years, a variety of challenging projects in school, administrative and infrastructure construction are planned. At the same time, topics such as energy efficiency, sustainable building technology and the development of a future-proof municipal building portfolio are becoming increasingly important. To actively shape these exciting challenges, we are looking for a committed individual for the Building Construction and Real Estate area of the Planning and Building Construction Department from January 2027 or by arrangement as

Project Manager Building Construction & Real Estate 80 - 100 %

with a flair for energy and building technology

Your tasks

• Independent project development and implementation of economical and architecturally convincing construction projects that optimally combine the aspects of operation and maintenance of building technology, energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Technical contact person for energy topics in the building portfolio
• Budget responsibility for the assigned areas
• Preparation of decision-making bases and applications for the political authorities

Your profile

• Several years of experience in project management and/or client representation

• University or technical education in architecture, civil engineering with an interest in future-oriented topics such as operation and maintenance, energy efficiency and sustainability

• Enjoy working with various interest groups
• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills
• Interest in political processes and public issues
