To be successful in digitalisation, we need to understand the business of our offices. ICT project management with the associated business analysis are therefore our core tasks. With your commitment, you will make a valuable contribution as a business partner to the digitalisation of our processes and help shape a modern digital working environment for around 900 employees of the Building and Transport Directorate (BVD).

Your tasks

• Plan, lead and coordinate projects (Hermes)
• Gather the professional needs and translate the business requirements into ICT requirements with the specialist offices on site
• Analyse the overall context of business processes in the area of the specialist offices
• Identify weaknesses and potential for improvement as well as develop solution proposals and decision-making bases
• Lead and moderate workshops
• Create, update and maintain the documentation required for operation
• Close cooperation with architecture and service management

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable education (FH or UNI)
• Further training/experience in the areas of project management (Hermes), requirements engineering, business analysis
• Solution-, implementation- and service-oriented working
• Agile methods, digital transformation and continuous improvement process are not foreign words to you
• Enjoy working with people and communicate clearly, confidently and convincingly
• Strong communication skills in German (spoken/written)

General Secretariat (GS)

The GS coordinates political affairs, manages cross-cutting projects and supports the offices of the BVD with the central resource departments in fulfilling their tasks. The Digital Management department plans, designs, supports and develops the directorate-specific ICT solutions with its around 250 specialist applications and supports the specialist offices in the digitalisation of their business processes.
