The Foodland restaurant is a unique mix of 5 concepts from the food worlds of Greens, Umaizushi, Asia, Pizza & Pasta, and KFC. Together with our partner McDonald's, we operate a dining area of 1200 m2 with 450 seats, right in the heart of airport shopping.
For our fresh, successful concepts Little Orient and Pizza, we are looking for a passionate and motivated team leader who is eager to contribute in a lively, international environment.
Your tasks:
You look after and advise our guests with genuine joy and a smile – service is a matter close to your heart.
- You take on the leadership, promotion, and development of our team to achieve great things together.
You prepare our food offerings fresh – whether oriental delicacies or crispy pizza, quality is your top priority.
- You ensure that our quality and service standards are maintained.
You independently operate the cash register, keep an overview, and reliably handle the daily closing.
You ensure an appealing and creative presentation of the dishes – naturally in line with our concept guidelines.
The consistent adherence to hygiene (HACCP) and safety standards (KOPAS) is a given for you.
Your profile:
- You are always reliable – punctuality, commitment, and responsibility are second nature to you.
- You bring solid experience in the gastronomy sector, ideally specifically in the kebab/take-away area, and feel comfortable in guest contact.
- Handling the kebab skewer is part of your craft – you have experience in slicing and working with the skewer and bring a passion for high-quality food.
- You keep an overview even in hectic moments and work cleanly, efficiently, and organised.
- Experience in leading a team is required.
- You are communicative, motivated, and a true team player with a positive attitude.
- Cleanliness, hygiene, and order are a matter of course for you.
- You speak German and English – any additional language is a plus.
