Is IT support more than just handling tickets for you?

In this versatile role, you will support our customers in 1st and 2nd level support, analyse technical problems, and ensure reliable and sustainable solutions. You will work closely with our engineering, project teams, and external partners and, if necessary, also take on support assignments directly at our customers' sites.

You will operate in a varied IT environment with Microsoft 365, Intune, Citrix, VMware as well as specialised CAD and high-performance workstations.

Your main tasks:

• 1st and 2nd level support for our customers
• Analysis and resolution of issues related to clients, Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and virtual workspaces
• Provision and maintenance of Windows workstations and client hardware
• Collaboration in client management with Microsoft Intune
• Support with rollouts, changes, and smaller technical projects
• Support and troubleshooting in Citrix and VMware-based environments
• Documentation of solutions and further development of our knowledge base
• Identification of recurring issues and collaboration on sustainable solutions
• On-site support assignments at our customers

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally in end-user and workplace environments
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and modern client management with Intune
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory is an advantage
• Experience handling client hardware and provisioning workstations
• Enjoy analysing technical problems in a structured way and independently developing solutions
• Responsible, reliable, and customer-oriented working style
• Independent, team-oriented personality with a healthy sense of humour
• Very good Swiss German and German skills as well as good English and/or French skills
