The Assisted Living division provides people with cognitive, physical, or psychological disabilities a place to live with participatory development opportunities and support according to individual needs. This offer is complemented by spatially integrated day activities and a large area of outpatient residential support.

In this role, you will develop specialist topics and standards for the Assisted Living division together with the divisional management and the leadership team. You will be actively involved in reviewing and shaping the offer, creating concepts, and leading topic-specific projects and working groups. You will also be responsible for client management, which includes acquisition, occupancy planning, and controlling of residential places. You will conduct surveys of residents and their relatives for quality assurance and support the managers and teams of the residential homes in professional matters. As a member of the leadership team, you will maintain an internal and external network.

• Completed studies in social pedagogy HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Further training in social insurance, case management and/or project management is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in the cantonal needs assessment procedure (IAP and IBB) as well as digital client documentation
• Professional experience in dealing with people with cognitive and/or psychiatric impairments
• Organisational and planning talent with high cooperation skills
• Motivation to work independently and self-organised
