Customer Centre Gümligen or Biel
You will
- competently advise our customers by phone and video on the topics of accounts, savings, pensions and digital banking as the first point of contact
- welcome customers from our branches via video consultation and provide them with a personal and professional advisory experience
- recognise the needs of our customers and recommend suitable products and services
- build trust with your empathetic, communicative and open manner and thus contribute to high customer satisfaction.
You bring
- a completed basic education in the service sector
- excellent spoken German skills as well as conversational French skills
- enjoyment in contact with people as well as in advising and selling by phone and video – ideally complemented by initial professional experience in this area
- team spirit, openness to change and the willingness to feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment with shift planning
- the ability to respond to the different needs of our customers and to keep an overview even in demanding situations
What you should know
- The introduction lasts about 2-3 months on site and takes place in a full-time workload (100%)
- On Mondays, continuous availability is required due to high customer volume
- After the introduction phase, the possibility of home office up to two days per week – depending on your workload
