IT Support Engineer - Service Desk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for identifying and narrowing down faults and initiating escalation processes if necessary.
You triage, process, and document support requests and forward them to the teams as needed.
You independently handle 1st and 2nd level support – via email, telephone, remote access, or directly on site with the customer.
You take care of inventory management: both for outgoing deliveries (customer orders/RMA) and incoming shipments (goods receipt inspection).
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the field of computer science (EFZ).
Confident use of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems is a matter of course for you.
Your business fluent German skills complete your profile.
