The Land Registry Office of the Thal-Gäu District Chancellery carries out tasks in the preparation and execution of public notarisation concerning legal transactions on real estate as well as land register management. For the Land Registry Office Thal-Gäu we are seeking from 01.01.2027 or by agreement at the Balsthal location a Clerk Land Register, 80-100%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing public deeds concerning legal transactions on real estate such as purchase, easement, and pledge contracts, as well as for checking external land register applications and entering them in the land register.
- All administrative tasks related to the creation of public deeds and the checking of external land register applications are carried out by you.
- You advise our customers at the counter, by telephone and electronically, and provide information.
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience and possess knowledge in property law, land register law, and contract law.
- Precise and independent working, a swift and structured working method, as well as confident German in spoken and written form are natural for you.
- You work customer- and service-oriented and have very good IT skills. Your pronounced social competence and communication strength distinguish you.
