About the job
Managing Director: Climate Solutions
Entrepreneurial responsibility with participation perspective
Röthlisberger has stood for entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, and innovative solutions for four generations.
In recent years, we have specifically built up and further developed the Climate Solutions division. Together with specialised technology and planning partners, we develop and implement intelligent solutions for heating, cooling, and ventilation in new builds and renovations.
Our solutions are energy-efficient and economically attractive. Demand is high, the market potential is large. Today, the division already achieves around CHF 3 million in annual turnover.
For the next phase, we are looking for a personality who takes responsibility, further develops the division, and actively shapes its future.
Your role
As Managing Director, you bear the professional and economic overall responsibility. You
• lead and develop the team
• are responsible for turnover and results
• expand sales, network, and market presence
• manage projects from planning to implementation
• further develop offers, structures, and processes
• work closely with external specialist planners, architects, clients, and other partners
You will have plenty of scope for design and direct influence on the future direction.
What you bring
You think entrepreneurially, understand technical contexts, and can bring together customers, people, and numbers.
Experience in building technology, HVAC, technical interior construction, specialised construction, or business development is an advantage. What matters to us are entrepreneurial spirit, sales strength, initiative, and the ability to build trust.
Very good German skills are required. French or English are a plus.
What to expect
An established business in a growing market, an innovative solution with great future potential, as well as the infrastructure and stability of a Swiss family business.
In addition, there are short decision-making paths, plenty of entrepreneurial freedom, and for the right person, the prospect of long-term participation in the business.
Interested? Mark Röthlisberger looks forward to hearing from you.
