About the job

Your area of responsibility:

• Handling enquiries in global payment transactions
• Oral & written communication in English (as well as other languages) with foreign banks
• Checking and processing card complaints
• Monitoring transactions and analysing suspicious patterns
• Matching international sanctions lists
• Providing professional support to customer service

Your profile:

• Commercial basic education (EFZ)
• At least two years of experience in casework / administration / customer contact
• Experience in the banking environment is an advantage
• Flawless German skills (level C2) as well as fluent English skills (at least level B2) are essential, additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese etc. are an advantage
• Precise working style and strong analytical thinking
