At the Bethesda Retirement Centres, 13 retirement centres with residential and care services for around 1,300 people at 20 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland are organisationally connected. The two operating companies Bethesda Altersbetreuung AG and Bethesda Alterszentren AG are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Diakonat Bethesda Foundation and are thus rooted in a long tradition and an open Christian value culture.
HR Manager (90 - 100%)
Your tasks - versatile, close to people and at the heart of HR activitiesWith us, you can expect a varied HR role in which you take responsibility for one of our locations and at the same time act as a competent contact person for our employees and managers.
- You accompany our employees administratively throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle – from entry through changes to exit.
- As a competent specialist, you support employees and supervisors with questions about HR topics.
- You independently, reliably and in accordance with our defined QM guidelines handle entries, changes and exits.
- You keep our Personnel Information System up to date and ensure high data quality.
- The monthly payroll runs are in your hands – including the creation and checking of payroll statements.
- You take care of the social insurance accounting, including AHV, EO, pension fund and withholding tax.
- You also keep an overview of the numbers: you reconcile the relevant clearing accounts, for example for AHV/ALV, health and accident daily allowances, EO/maternity/military, wage advances and withholding tax.
- And because HR is more than administration: you actively contribute to HR projects and help to further develop our processes and HR work.
What you bring – HR know-how, initiative and team spirit
You know the HR world, enjoy working independently and at the same time appreciate the exchange in a well-coordinated team? Then you already bring a lot that is important to us.
- You have several years of experience in a comparable HR role – ideally you have gained this in healthcare.
- With a completed further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, you bring an ideal professional basis for this versatile role.
- You feel comfortable in a varied and diverse range of tasks, like to take responsibility and organise your workday independently and reliably.
- At the same time, you are a team player: you enjoy the professional and personal exchange with experienced colleagues in a small team.
- And last but not least: you like to pitch in, think along and keep an overview even when several topics are on the table in everyday HR life.
