About the job

Start: immediately or by arrangement in Kriens, Langenthal, Bern or Zurich (with willingness to travel to all our locations)

Your area of responsibility

• You support and advise managers on labour law, personnel and organisational issues and accompany them on demanding HR topics
• You are jointly responsible with the managers for the entire recruitment process for the assigned positions and ensure a positive candidate experience
• You initiate and accompany HR projects and actively drive the further development and digitalisation of our HR processes and tools
• You design and moderate internal training sessions and workshops and actively contribute to knowledge building within the organisation
• You support HR management in organisational, operational and strategic matters
• You take over the deputy role in personnel administration and payroll, including HR KPIs, and ensure a smooth process

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as well as further training in HR (HR specialist certificate, HF personnel management or comparable)
• You have several years of experience as an HR generalist, HR consultant or HR business partner and ideally bring knowledge in payroll and social security topics
• You convince with an independent, structured and pragmatic way of working as well as strong consulting and communication skills
• You are confident in operational issues and have a strong affinity for process optimisation and digital HR solutions
• You are proficient in German and French, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
