The company produces high-quality chilled and frozen products and supplies the gastronomy and retail sectors throughout Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
• Posting and reconciliation of bank accounts as well as cash management
• Preparation of payment and dunning runs as well as monitoring of the dunning process
• Assistance in the preparation of VAT returns
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Management of fleet administration
• Assumption of general administrative tasks in the finance department
• Participation in exciting projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
• Further training as an accounting clerk
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Precise, structured and reliable working style
• Strong affinity for numbers and good understanding of accounting contexts
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience with the ERP system Comarch is an advantage
