Course Instructor with Site Responsibility 100% (m/f/d)

Your area of activity

• Responsible as site manager for ensuring the course operation
• Preparation and delivery of industrial truck, forklift and warehouse logistics courses as well as other courses according to competencies or competence development potential
• Responsibility for the optimal deployment of instructors and utilisation of infrastructure, which takes place both at the Lyss site and at our customers on site
• You support the sales field service in the region and surrounding areas
• Technical and organisational site management with a focus on ongoing development

Your profile

• You are familiar with the logistics industry and bring both solid practical and initial leadership experience
• Ideally, you have already completed the SVEB1 training and are a recognised forklift instructor
• You have already gained experience from similar training or lecturer roles
• You are rooted in the region and stand out as a practical person with strong implementation and organisational skills
