ICT System Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
IT works particularly well when support, systems and business processes interact. In this position, you take on a versatile role between user support, system administration and business IT, ensuring that employees can work reliably and that technical issues are not left unresolved.
Responsibilities:
Support & Workplace
You provide a reliable point of contact for IT support and user enquiries.
You manage workstations, end devices and user accounts and assist employees with technical questions.
You oversee on- and offboardings and ensure the necessary permissions and access rights are provided.
Systems & Business Applications
You maintain network components, point-of-sale systems and business applications in ongoing operation.
You support the further development and optimisation of the systems used.
You contribute to improvements in interfaces, master data and digital processes.
Coordination & Operations
You coordinate external IT service providers and keep track of tickets and open technical issues.
You analyse recurring problems and develop sustainable solutions.
You document technical solutions and ensure comprehensible procedures in IT operations.
Qualifications:
You have training or further education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
You bring 1-3 years of professional experience in a comparable IT role.
You are familiar with IT support, user administration, end devices and networks.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Ideally, you have experience with ERP, point-of-sale or business systems.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and do not settle for superficial troubleshooting.
You communicate clearly and service-oriented and enjoy direct contact with users.
You have very good German language skills and wish to continue developing yourself.
