Your Tasks

• Independent management of complex case management cases from registration to case closure, as well as analysis of the individual situation and development of sustainable integration and reintegration solutions
• Advising and coaching managers on absence management, work ability and reintegration, as well as supporting apprentices and employees with psychological and physical health limitations
• Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Health Management and other internal departments
• Coordination with daily sickness benefits insurers, accident insurers, IV offices and other social insurance carriers
• Support in the implementation of prevention and health promotion measures
• Analysis of absence, health and reintegration key figures as well as preparation of reports and management information based on the defined KPIs

What Convince Us

• Higher education in social insurance, health management, social work, psychology, human resources or comparable qualification, further training in case management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in case management, healthcare or social insurance sector and sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least C1) as well as good English skills (at least B2)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and HR systems such as Carema/UKA is an advantage
• Independent, honest and solution-oriented person accustomed to handling sensitive personal data with strict confidentiality
• Strong communication and advisory skills as well as high negotiation and conflict resolution competence
