To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Technician & Supporter for gastronovi (80–100%).

Your future daily routine

No day is like the other. You will work both on-site with our customers and in our support team in Belp.

Your tasks include:

• Configuration of cash registers, tablets, printers, payment terminals, and peripheral devices
• Training our customers in handling the systems
• Telephone support as well as assistance via remote maintenance
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults
• Close cooperation with our software partner gastronovi as well as other suppliers
• Preparation and configuration of new systems at our Belp location
• Support with software updates, optimisations, and projects
• Active exchange with customers and colleagues to find the best solution together

What you bring with you

• Experience in technical support, IT, or in the field of POS systems is an advantage
• Enjoyment of technology and interest in modern software solutions
• Good knowledge of Windows as well as general IT and network basics
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and training
• Friendly, well-groomed, and confident appearance
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness for occasional on-call duties
