The Arlesheim Clinic is an acute hospital with 90 inpatient beds in the fields of oncology, internal medicine, and psychiatry/psychosomatics, as well as an oncological day clinic with 24 beds. The outpatient basic care services include gynaecology, dermatology, general medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, and pneumology. The emergency department is open around the clock.

The medical diagnostics and therapy are based on the modern possibilities of university medicine. As the first anthroposophic clinic worldwide, the Arlesheim Clinic has 100 years of experience with the integrative concept of Anthroposophic Medicine.

As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a Coordinator for Medical Continuing and Advanced Training 70-80% from 1 February 2027

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the overall planning and coordination of assistant doctors and junior assistants with a total of around 25 full-time positions
• Responsibility for the entire application and entry process including correspondence, organisation of induction weeks, introduction and probationary discussions as well as further training
• Contact person for doctors during their employment including training, personal concerns, changes, SIWF logbook, as well as exit management and certificate creation
• Controlling with reconciliation to the personnel budget and reporting internally and to the canton of Baselland

 

Your profile

• Personnel specialist or HR experience is an advantage
• Enjoy working with young doctors
• Organisational talent with enthusiasm for changing challenges at various interfaces
