Role:
HR processes are becoming increasingly digital, and this is exactly where your work begins. As an HR application support specialist, you manage the deployed HR software and develop it purposefully. You identify automation potential, implement adjustments, and make figures visible. You work closely with the specialist departments and are a sought-after contact person for all system-related questions.
Responsibilities:
You manage the HR application, continuously optimise it, and further develop it
You analyse requirements from the specialist departments and implement new and existing modules
Furthermore, you drive the digitalisation and automation of HR processes forward
You create HR key figures (KPIs), reports, and evaluations and expand these further
Additionally, you ensure data quality including support in master data maintenance
You also train users and document adjustments in a comprehensible manner
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or business administration education with an HR focus
Experience with common HR software including payroll and time management is an advantage
You understand HR processes and know how to map them in systems
Your Excel skills are good; experience in reporting rounds off your profile
Working analytically, structured, and solution-oriented corresponds to your nature
