HR Business Systems Specialist

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH US

• You ensure that the HR specialist applications you manage meet the requirements of internal customers
• Together with users and IT specialists, you further develop our applications and actively shape their use
• You coordinate the testing and implementation of new functionalities within your area of responsibility
• You configure the applications and ensure efficient support of our HR processes
• You create practical user documentation and organise user training
• In case of disruptions and errors, you analyse the causes and ensure a sustainable solution

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• A completed education in the field of HR/personnel management
• Further training in business informatics or interest in the interface between HR and IT
• Knowledge of SwissSalary or Abacus is a plus
• Experience in payroll processing and customer support
• Experience in process modelling, requirements gathering and testing
• Strong technical understanding and quick comprehension
• Communicative and enthusiastic team player
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills desirable
