We are looking for a Specialist HR Operations (all genders) to strengthen our team in Kirchberg/BE and to support employees and managers in the CEE Cluster.

Your tasks:

• First point of contact for general questions about HR processes for employees and managers as well as handling all inquiries via the ticket tool "Service Now"
• Maintenance of personnel data and process transactions - via ticketing - in the HR system "Workday" ensuring high data quality
• Administrative support for People Partners in all HR processes within the Employee Life Cycle
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent information provision and timely, solution-oriented handling of inquiries
• Support in HR projects within the CEE Cluster

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or retraining with a focus on personnel
• 4-5 years of experience in human resources in areas such as HR administration, personnel processing
• Confident use of MS Office and a strong affinity for modern IT systems
• Independent, reliable and structured working style with attention to detail
• Team player and motivated to deal with changes and new developments
• Very good German and English skills

Advantageous:

• Experience with HRIS software, preferably Workday and ServiceNow
• Prior knowledge in an HR Shared Service Center in the area of People Services/HR Operations
