About the job

You support managers in the daily human resources activities, assist them in managing complex personnel situations, and help find lasting solutions. By analysing key human resources indicators, you identify improvement measures and strengthen positive collaboration within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level human resources advice to managers and support them in applying HR processes and guidelines
• Help managers handle the most common individual situations
• Participate in difficult interviews, conflict resolution procedures, and monitoring of long-term absences together with stakeholders
• Monitor human resources indicators (absenteeism, turnover, engagement, overtime) and contribute to defining improvement measures
• Help maintain a positive social climate and promote good HR practices among managers

Skills

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFP)
• Specialisation: commercial employee, supplemented by a certificate as a human resources assistant or other training in the HR field
• Work experience: 3 - 5 years in a general human resources role
• Open and empathetic personality, who enjoys interacting with different people
• Integrity, authenticity and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Italian (B2)
• German (B1)
