For our team in Ruswil, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys technical and administrative tasks in After Sales. The focus is on warranty and service contract management, the economic evaluation of services, as well as invoicing and network development.

You will work on battery-electric buses for the Swiss national organisation of Solaris Bus & Coach, a leading European manufacturer of city and intercity buses.

We have been successfully driving the electrification of public transport together with our service partners in Switzerland for years.

Your tasks:

• Creating, processing and tracking warranty orders – from recording to proper administrative handling
• Invoicing service contracts as well as checking the associated services, costs and billings
• Drawing up an annual balance from service contracts and warranty cases, assessing profitability and developing targeted improvement measures
• Invoicing service deployments and ensuring correct and timely billing
• Maintaining, updating and quality-assuring relevant data, contracts, evidence and evaluations
• Supporting the selection and onboarding of new service partners as needed in collaboration with sales, service and network development

Your profile:

• Technical or commercial-technical training, e.g. as a technical clerk, workshop coordinator, service advisor or in a comparable role
• Experience in After Sales, technical administration or service environment in the automotive, commercial vehicle or mobility sector; good understanding of service processes, warranty handling, service contracts and their economic contexts
• Careful, structured and reliable working style in invoicing, data maintenance and administrative evaluations
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of English is an advantage; confident use of MS Office and digital tools
