Tasks and ResponsibilitiesYour Profile
- Operating, controlling, monitoring and maintaining ICT services for operational use
- Analysis and resolution of faults in 2nd and 3rd level support to ensure uninterrupted server operation
- Patch and update management of Windows/Linux servers
- Implementation of change requests and participation in ICT projects
- Management of user, group and access rights for employees and applications
- Ensuring and monitoring data backup
- Creating and maintaining documentation on, for example, operational processes, change planning or fault analyses
- Participation in the operation of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure and virtualised system environments
You bring a structured working method, technical understanding and enjoyment of working with people. In addition, you have:
- Completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in operating Windows/Linux server environments, ideally in a larger company
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- Experience or interest in the area of Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies, preferably with VMware
- Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and implement them reliably
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working in a motivated ICT team
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
